Forward Solutions Ltd was founded by Mike England. His own personal struggles trying to finance his property dreams and the inability of banks to see the whole picture, lead him on a mission in search of good finance options. This landed him within a company that was looking for Mortgage Brokers. Within 18 months of being with this company of over 100 New Zealand and Australian based brokers he became the Number 1 Broker. He has now branched out to form his own company, Forward Solutions – Mortgage Broking.
Forward Solutions has accreditation with all the major banks and over 30 lending institutions including Business and Commercial accreditation with a number of them.
Mike England has personally attended and passed all accreditation courses with all banks. He continually attends professional courses for business and personal development. He has also undertaken many various property investing and strategy courses and seminars.

On A Personal Note…
Hi There, I’m Mike.
If you have been browsing through this web site, you probably share a common interest with me. Property. As a mortgage broker I love what I do. I eat, sleep and drink property.
Being a father of 3 I’m very much a family man and I love spending time with them. Good property investing allows me to achieve this and other goals. My wife and I use property as our main wealth creation tool. We have a number of investments already. Some of these include construction, rental investments, development and renovations. I’m a painter and decorator by trade and so I often have a hands on approach in all of the above, which gives me an in depth knowledge on all things property, from changing a tap washer right through to project and property management.
I am goal driven and have a desire to put myself in a position where I can help as many people as possible. Through my work I feel I am already doing this.
